The image below is the public view of a play-cricket photo gallery. The casual visitor can only view thumbnails of the original images that an administrator has selected for viewing and that have the permissions set to Public.
If a play-cricket member has logged in, but he is not a member of your site, he will be able to view only images with a public permission, but he may see the larger version of the images by selecting them. He will not be able to upload images.
If you login as a member of a play-cricket site, the public photo gallery will look something like this:
You can see the difference in that the logged in user can upload photos and videos. He can also see images where an administrator has set the permissions to Members only.
The Filter By and Categories drop down options can be used to make the view more selective.
If a site member sets a filter to My photos, he should see the all of the images that he has uploaded.

There is a Like button, and buttons for Facebook and Twitter shares.

When complete, the border will change to green.
If you choose not to edit your images at this stage, click on the cross in the top right corner to close the window. The image information may be added later by clicking on your image in the photo gallery and then Edit Photo in the top left corner.
When a member of your play-cricket site has posted photos, a notification appears in the Admin Home page.
Click View and you will be taken to the Admin>Gallery>Manage Photos page where you will see all items with a ‘Pending’ Status.
From this page, you can:
- Click on the image to view a larger version
- Edit the image to make changes to the title or category
- Change the Status from Pending to Approved or Rejected
- Change the Permit type to Public or Members Only
- Delete the image

Remove the tick from any image that you don’t want to change.
If you need to change the Permit, do this before approving the images since approval will remove the images from your pending view.
If you use this page to Add Photos, the images will be automatically approved.
