This report is to be found under Admin>Fixtures and displays the availability (if set) of all players for a particular team for a given period.
It is designed so that you typically use the same filters for team and squad, e.g. 1st XI for both, but you can also choose the 2nd XI squad to look at their availability to play in 1st XI matches.
If there are matches yet to be played within the dates specified, the fixture details may be viewed by selecting the magnifying glass icon. The number of players available, not available and unsure may be viewed at a glance.
For each player in the squad the report displays
✔ = available,
✕ = unavailable,
﹣ = unsure
? = no selection made by player
o = if they are not registered to play in a league game requiring player registration.
In the counts of players available, those who are not eligible to play are counted as unavailable.
For matches with a date before the system date a ‘P’ is displayed for any players that played. (The information comes from the fixture’s team confirmation page)
For players who didn't play, the report shows what their availability status was. The summary counts only the number who played.
Use the edit button to edit the availability of any player.
Here is the screen shot for an individual player with updates ready to be saved.
You may select multiple players and then use this in the search criteria - the idea being that the team captain might want to concentrate on his recognised bowlers or opening batsman.
Tick the ‘Select’ boxes against the players of interest; tick the ‘Selected Players’ box and then click the Search button to narrow down the list of players to work with.
The resulting output from my selection is illustrated below.
There is a ‘Download’ button that allows you to export the search results to a spreadsheet.
