When logging issues, there is a Support Report in the app which can be found in the menu that is available via the scoring screen. Tapping the item in the menu will compile an email addressed to Play.Cricket@ecb.co.uk containing the match information (including the RV Match ID) in the subject and an attachment with further detail. The Match ID is the single most useful piece of information to help us resolve escalated tickets, so we would advise that you ask any users that haven’t provide sufficient detail to use the new report which will allow you to then obtain and supply us with the detail we require.
Once sending this data across you will receive conformation via email that a ticket has been raised, please comment via reply with an outline of the issue you experienced. If you don't receive the conformation email, please raise a new ticket and we will match it at the help desk.
