When you are logged in to Play-Cricket on a PC or laptop, click on your name in the top right corner and select Edit Account from the drop down list.
To change the email address that is visible to an administrator in Play-Cricket, edit the Correspondence Email Address. You will need to do this twice and then click the green Save button.
You must then change your login email address so that you may receive password reset emails to that address.
To change your login email address and/or password, click on the Edit ECB login Details button.
You will be presented with the following screen to change your email address.
You may also reset your password, add a child or edit your communications preferences using the links at the top of this page.
From a mobile device, click on the person icon.
Then select Edit Account from the drop down list.
You will see a page similar to the one below. Mobile users may find it easier to use their device in landscape mode.
To change the email address that is visible to an administrator in Play-Cricket, edit the Email Address field then scroll down to save the change.
If you wish to change your login details, then selecting the Edit ECB Login Details will give you the screen below:
Use this screen to change the email address and save the change.
To change your password, use the Password Reset link at the top of the screen.
