Changing the Strike in Junior Cricket
Unlike regular cricket, junior cricket has all overs bowled from the same end, and at present, the Scorer App doesn’t have this functionality. It is very easy to change the strike, but the scorer needs to be aware of who is at the crease at the start of an over. If there is a Dot ball or an even score on the last ball of the over, then the app will automatically switch the strike, but the batters will have to change ends. If an odd number is scored, then the batter for the next over will be in position, but you will need to change the strike on the app
Changing the Strike
At the start of a new over you will sometimes have to manually adjust the facing batsman (depending on runs scored from the last ball of the over).
This is done by pressing the three dots against the non-striker’s name
