The Single Sign On (SSO) system now means that your email address is now your play-cricket username and you should use that when logging in.
If you have forgotten your password, then you can use the 'Forgot your password?' link when logging in to request a link sent to your email address that will enable you to reset your password and login
If you no longer have access to the email address that is in your login, please do not create another one for your new email address. Instead contact the helpdesk at email@example.com and they can update the record for you; this will save a lot of effort for yourself, your club administrator and ultimately the helpdesk as having multiple logins causes issues within SSO
Your club administrator cannot amend the email address in your login, and it cannot be changed at their request - the individual to whom the login belongs must contact the helpdesk in order to effect the change
