Locked Match (PCS) Follow
If the results for the match are incomplete or incorrect due to a synch error and if you have the correct administration role for your site (main or fixture and results admin rights), you can go in to the administration area on your Play-Cricket site and select Day to Day - Results - click on Edit Result next to the game - Change the result to Match in progress.
It can take up to 12 hours for the change to sync with the PCS database.
The game should now appear in the app and you should be able to sync your local copy. Please do not select the copy on our server to synch as that will be blank.
If the game is not showing in the app then the scorecard can be updated in the Administration area on the clubs Play-Cricket site in Day to Day - Results. If it was a league match and is showing as locked you will first have to contact the league to update the result.
