Scoring unavailable error (PCS) Follow
'“Scoring Unavailable” the match cannot be scored, as it may already be in progress by another user.'
This error message occurs when the match result has been entered on play-cricket but the scorecard and match details have not been finalised on PCS.
To fix this issue, contact a club admin who can then set the match result back to in progress via:
Day to day>results>find result>edit result>change result to 'match in progress'
Please be aware that the PCS and play-cricket servers sync twice a day around 1am/pm so you may need to wait up to 12 hours before you can finalise and upload the match in PCS.
