My MVP Stats are for the second team I play for
There’s not much we can do about this unfortunately, as we cannot determine which club is someone’s preferred club. The results someone is served is determined by their last played match, so if someone plays a match on Monday and the scorecard is uploaded in time for the Tuesday evening build, that will be the team for which they’ll receive stats.
Why has my score not been included?
There are a couple of reasons why this could happen. One is that the scorecard wasn’t picked up in time for build, and we’re working on picking up these scorecards in time for the week’s emails. A second reason for this could be that the scorecard wasn’t for an administered match and therefore we don’t allocate it to that player’s score.
My Stats aren’t correct
This is very difficult to provide a blanket answer for, since the reasons for this are numerous. Here are some of them:
- The person is expecting to see two matches worth of scores when we only include their best match of the weekend in the calculations
- The scorecard hasn’t been uploaded in time and therefore isn’t included
- The person’s stats are in fact correct and unfortunately they’ve miscalculated
