If the points system for a Competition is set, the Match Points for an individual match will now automatically display on the Scoring -> Edit Match Results/Points dialog, as below.

Both the Match Result and Match Points functions have an Override checkbox, to encourage the automated generation and to identify when the result or points have been customised. However, these should only be used in very unusual situations as the automatic calculation of both will be accurate; e.g., the Match Points Override should probably only be used if Penalty points have been deducted at the end of a match, say for a slow over-rate. Any Penalty points will be deducted from the Total points, which is an auto-sum function of all other point types.

Finally, if the match is a Play-Cricket match, there will be an additional Play-Cricket Result field with dropdown list to what is shown above, from which to select the Play-Cricket Result:
