Players in Scorecards Requiring Attention

On the Admin Home page of a club or county board site, an administrator may see a pending item ‘Players in Scorecards Requiring Attention’.

This will appear when a scorecard has been uploaded to Play-Cricket via a scoring app but the player has not been correctly selected in the app.

• In PCS Pro a scorer may have a player in his/her local database where the ID no longer agrees with the Play-Cricket ID due to the records having been merged by a club administrator.

This workflow item has been designed to help administrators update the scorecards without having to go to the Results section.

Click the ‘View’ icon to see the details.

Click the Search icon against each entry to get a list of possible players to replace the entry on the scorecard.

Select the correct entry and it will replace the ‘incorrect’ entry on the scorecard.
