A process will be run by a Play-Cricket administrator to identify clubs and competitions which have an active Play Cricket site, but no fixtures posted for the current season. It generates workflow in the county board sites to review whether the club or competition is still playing, or the site should be closed.
Any sites marked as ‘Stopped Playing’ will be referred to the Helpdesk administration workflow for approval.
The Admin Home page will display the item ‘Clubs and leagues requiring review’ as illustrated below:
Click the View icon to see the list of sites to be reviewed:
Now tick the checkbox for sites which are either still playing or have stopped playing and click on the appropriate button. Repeat the procedure for the sites that are left in the list.
If you make an error, then contact the Play-Cricket Helpdesk to get the error corrected.
