Extending/Shortening an Over

Although the default may have been set at 6 balls per over, the app allows to lengthen or shorten the over.

At the end of the 6 balls the app will prompt you to end the over:

You don’t have to end the over, you can select “continue this over”. There is a limit of 9 balls before the app prompts to end the over. Until then, the option to continue scoring will be shown after every ball once the 6 balls have been bowled.

You can of course change the number of balls in an over at any point during the match via Match Settings available via the Menu (3 horizontal dots)

If you want to shorten the over this is also possible. Below, shows the decision to end the over after 4 balls. After pressing the End Over button you will see the message:

Press YES and the over will end
