A process will be run by a Play-Cricket administrator to identify possible inactive members who have active roles. This is via the inactive members option in Day to Day>Members>Inactive Members.
It generates workflow in Play-Cricket sites to review whether the person’s record should be retained, or the role(s) should be removed.
The Admin Home page will then display the item ‘Members records requiring review’ message clicking to view this will show the following screen.
Records can then be selected one by one or by the ALL function, records can then be retained, or removed, removing a role will remove all of the players roles from your site.
The review can also be cleared from the workflow by selecting all and pressing clear from workflow, this will not make any changes to the members database.
