If a player prefers to be referred to by an alias or nickname during a match, follow these steps:

How to Set/Remove Nicknames:

1. If the player is currently batting or bowling, click the three dot icon next to their name on the scoresheet.

2. Select Set Alias/Nickname from the dropdown menu.

3. Type in the desired nickname.

4. The nickname/alias will now appear in the scoresheet and online scorecards, with the player’s actual name shown alongside in brackets.

5. Alternatively, nicknames can be added or removed via Team Selection:

• • Click the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the scoresheet and select Team Selection from the dropdown.

6. Tap the three dots icon next to the player’s name.

7. Select Edit alias/nickname, and type in the nickname. NB. This can also be done from the initial team selection prior to match set up.

8. To delete a nickname, simply follow the above steps, select Set or Edit Alias/Nickname for a player, but delete the text, before pressing Done.
