Pre-game:

 

If a player isn’t available in the team selection list, use the Custom Player feature.

Please note that custom players are for one-time use. Their runs, wickets, and fielding achievements will not be saved in the Player Statistics section of Play-Cricket.com.

 

How to Add a Custom Player Pre-Game:

1. Log into Play-Cricket Scorer (PCS) and Start Match.

 

2. The Team Selection window will open automatically. Scroll down and select New Custom Player at the bottom of the screen.

 

3. Enter the player's first and last name as prompted.

 

4. The custom player has now been added to the team.

 

During game:

 

If you need to add a custom player and digital scoring has already started, follow these steps.

 

How to Add a Custom Player Mid-Game:

1. While in the scoresheet in PCS, tap the three-dot icon at the top of the window.

 

2. Tap Team Selection.

 

3. Scroll down and tap New Custom Player.

 

4. Enter the player's first and last name as prompted.

 

5. The new player will now be added to the team.

 

6. If the maximum allowed number of players has been reached, a currently selected player will need to be replaced. Tap the three dots next to their name to remove them.

 

7. Select Remove player.

 

8. You will be prompted to confirm the player’s removal. Select Yes.
