Fixtures

Templates      

This section contains templates that may be downloaded to aid fixture generation. The Excel templates contain macros which only work in a Windows environment. 

Mac users need to be using Excel in Windows running inside a VM (Parallels, VMWare Fusion or Virtualbox) or use Bootcamp.

Upload Fixtures          

There is a facility to upload fixtures from an Excel spreadsheet. Follow the instructions on the Upload Fixtures page. Do check the spreadsheet carefully before uploading to make sure that Division IDs, Team IDs and fixture dates are correct. 

Note that the Division IDs change each season.

Members Upload

There is a facility to upload new temporary members to a Play-Cricket site. This unlikely to be used for competition sites.

Club Contacts

This facility allows an administrator to download Play-Cricket identifiers for the clubs and teams that play in the league, and then upload contact details from a spreadsheet.

The updates are purely to the competition site’s contacts list and do not affect the club sites’ data.
