If a Team Name stored on the server is too long for the Main Scoreboard preview within PCS Pro and the actual LED scoreboard display, this can be shortened on match day for the current match only. Go to Scoring -> Match Details/Teams and click the Edit button next to the Team that needs to be shortened. On the Edit Team dialog that opens, click the ‘Edit Team Names for this Match only’ link to open the Edit Match Team Names dialog, and shorten the ‘Short Display Name’, which is what is displayed in the scoreboard preview and output, then click Save (twice):

NB: The ‘Abbreviated Name’ is a three-letter abbreviation that displays on the live streaming graphics only, so this only needs to be entered if a match is being live streamed.
